Halloween PEZ For 2004 Posted by Paul on February 5,2003: PEZ Collector's News is reporting that the Halloween PEZ line will be updated for 2004. The four dispensers in the line will be the Jack-O-Lantern, Skeleton, Mummy, and Witch, and all of these will have a glowing feature. While the Mummy is apparently an entirely new character, it's not clear from this whether the other characters will also be changed.
